We are looking for someone who is excited to transform health care delivery, and wants to build and lead our sales team that will engage with hospital executives and senior physicians. The people who join our leadership team today will have a significant impact on our company and our health care system.

Role Responsibilities:
Build and lead our sales team. To date sales have been driven by the founder CEO.At the outset the role will involve being a player and as the team grows a coach. The primary sales emphasis will be on expanding the pipeline of and closing new prospects, but will also involve cultivating relationships with our customers to grow their account size (we have been very successful with landing and expanding).Develop and refine our sales playbook and strategy.Synthesize feedback from sales prospects on company positioning, product and pricing.Contribute to company leadership more broadly, such as with strategy, marketing, financing, etc.

Experience and Qualifications:
10 years of sales and/or business experience, with at least 5 years successfully selling enterprise software or services to c-level hospital executives and physicians.Experience leading sales and building a team within a start-up.A passion for value-based care delivery and the drive to change the world.Creative with an entrepreneurial spirit.Strong listener experienced with consultative selling and building deep customer relationships.A collaborative leader.
